PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
• The product is designed to work under normal conditions, please select the correct size of the ground connector according to the size of the welding machine model, to prevent overload caused by high temperature resulting in demagnetization of the magnet!

• Do not expose the product to temperatures above 80°C. High temperatures will permanently reduce the effectiveness of the magnet and lead to unsafe conditions.

• Always keep the magnet bottom clean and free of impurities and rust

• The grounding clamp of 200A is compatible with 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 140 welding machines and plasma welder.

• The grounding clamp of 300A and 500A can only be used with 180, 200, 225, 250, 270, 315 welding machines. (Please do not use any models with digits greater than 315. The letters and digits on the welding machine body represent the model and rated current.)

• Choose a flat surface for grounding (the grounding area should be at least 80 cm away from the welding area. Do not ground on small contact areas such as steel bars or wires. The entire grounding clamp must be in full contact with the surface, and it should be kept away from the welding area. Clean the surface of the magnet to remove any rust or iron filings that may have accumulated.)

• If the cross-sectional area of the object is smaller than the diameter of the grounding clamp, it is recommended to place a small flat iron plate underneath the clamp before grounding. The magnet is used to connect to the object and is not conductive. The conductivity is achieved through the outer circumference of the magnet, so the entire outer circumference must be in contact with the iron surface.

• For high-power industrial-grade welding machines and sheet metal shaping machines, if it is required to perform long-term welding, it is recommended to use a yellow label 300A clamp (which can withstand high temperatures up to 350 degrees Celsius).
